ACC conference on the downturn to discuss outsourcing
The Southern California chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsels (ACC) will be organizing an event on July 15th titled “Operating in a Challenging Economy – Creating Efficiencies, Process Improvements and Predictability in Commercial and Employment Litigation“.
The conference will include Seyfath Shaw’s application of lean six sigma methodologies. The topics to be discussed in the seminar include:

- Standardization of staffing
- Outsourcing
- Innovative uses of technology
- Fixed fees for legal services
